What is your return policy?

At Seven Seas Clothing your satisfaction with our product is always our priority. 
We know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item.   Therefore, we want to make this process as easy as possible for you.

All returns must be made within 14 days of the ship date unused, unwashed,  and in original condition for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges).  Each returned boxed item must have a Seven Seas Clothing return authorization number.  To obtain a return authorization number, please contact us at sales@sevenseasclothing.com

Please have the following information included in your email:

Upon agreement to accept goods for credit or exchange, your customer service representative will issue the RA number.

Where do I send my return or exchange?

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. The return package should have the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package and shipped to the address that will be provided by contacting us at 
sales@sevenseasclothing.com

What are your exchange charges?

An item purchased as an exchange is considered a new purchase and will need to be charged prior to shipping.  Once the return item is received, the credit will be issued for the cost of the original item.
